FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW LONG DOES A DESIGN TAKE?
It depends on the scope of the design work and communication time between you and our designers. It generally takes between 1-7 business days for the initial design(s) to be created, and up to 1 business day per revision. -
CAN YOU RECREATE SOMETHING FOR ME?
We can recreate the look of of an old design to be as close to the original as possible. Please note the same fonts may not be available, but we will try to find a similar substitute. Also note that if your original design has complex illustrators or photographs, we will not be able to recreate it. -
CAN I BRING YOU A TEMPLATE TO WORK OFF OF?
Yes! In fact we encourage it, it makes the design work easier and saves you money on the design fee! -
DO YOU DO CUSTOM ILLUSTRATIONS?
While we can do simple designs, we unfortunately do not offer illustrations as a service. If your logo concept requires a complex illustration, we will be unable to accept your design request. -
DO YOU DO PHOTO EDITING?
No, unfortunately we do not offer photo editing as a service at this point. -
WHAT FILE FORMAT SHOULD I PROVIDE?
Ideally the files you provide us should be in vector PDF, as they are the easiest to print and work with. If you provide us with a photo, it is recommended that they are at least 300dpi. It is not recommended to provide us with low resolution jpegs, psd, or indd files. -
WILL I BE PROVIDED WITH WORKING FILES OF THE FINAL DESIGN?
We will provide you with the design files for any of the “Simple” design work as well as any vector tracing or information update, they are your ideas and concepts after all! However, any design we created that is “Custom”, we will not release the working design files unless otherwise requested (additional charges apply).
